It has flameproof (Ex d) or increased safety (Ex e) explosion protection.
It is suitable for IIA, IIB, IIC gas and dust environments, like Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 21, Zone 22.
Rated current is ≤400A.
Protection rating is IP65 to IP66.
The box body is cast aluminum alloy or stainless steel with wall thickness ≥5mm.
Inside, we put explosion-proof breakers, explosion-proof contactors, and other components.
It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, military, and coal mining.

The body is die-cast from ZL102 aluminum alloy or welded from 304/316 stainless steel.
Tensile strength is ≥230MPa.
The flameproof joint surface width is ≥15mm, roughness ≤6.3μm, gap ≤0.15mm.
Fasteners are stainless steel. Seals are silicone or fluororubber, resistant to aging and chemicals.
Cable entries use explosion-proof glands with IP66 sealing.
Internal components are mounted on an insulation board, and all live parts are enclosed.
The surface is coated with anti-static epoxy powder in red or gray.
