Main Distribution Box

A Main Distribution Box connects directly to the transformer or the city power grid.
It takes the electricity after voltage conversion and sends it safely to the next level of distribution boxes.
This product meets the IEC 61439-1 international standard.
Its rated insulation voltage is 1000V.
The rated working current ranges from 250A to 6300A.
So it can meet the power needs of small commercial buildings and large factories.
Our customers include big names like China Railway, China Railway Construction, China Communications Construction, and China State Construction.
These projects prove that this Main Distribution Box can control the whole power grid reliably.

We build the box body with cold-rolled steel plate no less than 1.5mm thick.
You can also choose 304 stainless steel.
The steel goes through degreasing, rust removal, phosphating, and then electrostatic powder coating.
The coating thickness is no less than 60μm.
This makes the box strong against corrosion and impact.
Protection level is IP40 to IP54, so it resists dust and water.
The inner structure is modular.
For the main busbar, we use high-conductivity T2 red copper.
The copper connection surfaces are tin-plated or silver-plated to lower contact resistance.
We use laser cutting, CNC bending, and automatic welding equipment.
Every size is controlled within ±0.5mm.
Our factory is 2,000 square meters and has ISO9001 certification.

First, safety protection is complete.
All live parts are fully isolated and come with a transparent PC protective cover.
We use brand-name main switches like ABB, Schneider, or CHINT – these include frame circuit breakers and molded case circuit breakers.
They have three or four levels of protection: overload long delay, short circuit short delay, short circuit instantaneous, and ground fault.
The breaking capacity is over 65kA.
So even with a big fault, it cuts the current quickly and protects your downstream equipment.
Second, expansion and configuration are flexible.
We reserve 30% spare circuit space inside for future load increases.
You can also choose a smart distribution solution.
We add multi-function power meters and communication modules that support Modbus-RTU protocol.
Then you can monitor voltage, current, power factor, and energy data remotely.
That data can go to your building automation system (BAS) to help with energy management.
Third, it follows rules and has certificates.
This Main Distribution Box has CCC national compulsory certification and CQC voluntary certification.
It fully meets safety standards for China and major global markets.
We also customize it for you – for example, different cable entry/exit ways (top-in top-out, top-in bottom-out) and colors like RAL 7035 light gray.
