Socket And Switch Box

A Socket and Switch Box is used to distribute and protect all socket outlets in a building.
These include normal sockets, AC sockets, floor sockets, and USB sockets.
Because sockets often connect to moving devices, they must have leakage protection.
This product follows JGJ 242-2011 residential electrical design code.
Rated current is ≤100A.
Number of circuits is 4 to 16.
Each circuit has a residual current breaker (RCBO, 30mA).
You can also use an MCB plus a separate leakage module.
The box is recessed, and the front panel looks good and matches room decoration.

The back box uses 0.8mm galvanized steel.
The front panel uses flame-retardant PC/ABS alloy that resists scratches.
Colors can be white, gray, or champagne gold.
The front snaps on or screws on, and we can add a decorative frame.
Inside, we mount modular leakage breakers on a DIN rail.
We offer 1P+N or 2P types with widths of 18mm or 36mm.
The incoming side has a copper busbar or terminal block.
The neutral and ground bars are separate. The ground bar has ≥ circuits connection points.
Around the box, we have knock-out holes with protective bushings.
Protection rating is IP30 for indoor use.

The core highlights are independent leakage protection and smart convenience.
Each socket circuit has its own leakage breaker.
If one circuit leaks, only that one shuts off. All other sockets still work.
Inside, we can add a surge protection module (SPD) for the whole house.
We can also add a USB charging module that outputs 5V/2.4A for easy phone charging.
The door can be designed as a decorative picture or a mirror to blend into the home style.
