Distro Power Box

A Distro Power Box is made to distribute power to industrial equipment like motors, welders, and heaters.
It gives overload, short circuit, and phase loss protection.
Rated current is 63A to 800A.
Number of circuits is 2 to 8.
The box can be wall-mounted or floor-standing.
Protection rating is IP54 to IP65.
This product meets GB/T 7251.12 and IEC 61439-4.
Inside, we put molded case breakers, contactors, thermal relays, or motor protectors.
It is widely used in machine building, mining, metallurgy, and chemical industries.
The machine shops of China Railway and China Railway Construction use our Distro Power Box.

The box uses 2.0mm cold-rolled steel or stainless steel with RAL 7035 coating.
The door has a rain seal and a stainless steel lock.
The internal mounting plate is hot-dip galvanized steel and removable.
The main busbar is T2 copper with tin-plated joints.
Cables enter through waterproof glands.
Inside, we put a light, a service socket, and for high current we can add a temperature-controlled fan.
All external fasteners are 304 stainless steel.
Working temperature range is -25℃ to +55℃.

We install an electronic motor protection relay with overload, phase loss, unbalance, and stall protection, plus fault indication.
We can add a soft starter or a VFD to reduce starting current impact.
On the front, we put a local/remote selector switch, an emergency stop button, and run/stop/fault indicator lights.
We support RS485 communication to send equipment status to your DCS system.
