Housing contactors, thermal relays, VFDs, and PLCs, our Control Gear cabinets act as the interface between human commands and machine action. At Nanxian Electrical, we have spent 7 years engineering these systems for high-stakes site work with clients like CRCC and CCCC. Our Control Gear is designed with a modular logic, allowing for easy expansion and flexible component swapping. By integrating smart power monitoring terminals, our gear can upload real-time energy and status data to your plant's Energy Management System (EMS), helping you optimize performance and reduce costs.

Performance at our Hefei factory is driven by high-precision CNC machinery. The Control Gear enclosure is fabricated from 1.5mm to 2.0mm steel with polyurethane gaskets to ensure an IP54 or higher rating against industrial dust and oil. We utilize tinned T2 copper for the internal bus system, designed with a conservative 2.5A/mm² current density to ensure low operating temperatures. Our Swiss Gema spray coating system provides a 720-hour salt-spray resistant finish that withstands the rigors of factory environments. Each cabinet features logically organized wiring in V2-grade flame retardant troughs, with clear identification for every terminal to ensure that troubleshooting is fast and safe for your technical staff.
