Construction Site Temporary Power Distribution Box

A Construction Site Temporary Power Distribution Box is a second or third level distribution unit for temporary power.
It safely sends power from the main distribution box to welders, vibrators, lights, and other mobile tools.
This product strictly follows the *JGJ 46-2005* safety code for temporary power on construction sites.
It uses the rule "one machine, one switch, one leakage, one box."
Rated current is 40A to 1500A.
Number of output circuits is 3 to 8.
Each circuit has a transparent molded case breaker and a leakage protector.
Leakage action current is ≤30mA, and action time is ≤0.1s.
The box comes as a mobile or fixed type with lifting rings and a base.
It is easy to move around the site.

The box body uses 1.5 to 2.0mm cold-rolled steel with weather-resistant paint.
The color is orange or engineering yellow for high visibility.

The door has a rain shield and a sealing strip.
To protect against accidental impacts on site, we can add an outer wire mesh guard.
The mesh hole size is ≤20mm.
At the bottom, we put 4 high-strength nylon wheels with brakes for easy moving.
Inside, we use an epoxy resin mounting plate 5mm thick.
All live parts have a transparent protective cover.
Cable entries use waterproof cord grips for diameters Φ12 to Φ40mm.
The neutral and ground bars are separate.
The ground bar connects to the box ground bolt with a resistance of ≤4Ω.
