Power Distribution Box

A Power Distribution Box sits on a floor, on a workshop wall, or in a basement.
It takes power from the main distribution cabinet or main distribution box.
Then it distributes and protects the power again before sending it to the third-level switch boxes or end devices.
This product meets GB/T 7251.3.
Its rated current is 100A to 630A.
Short time withstand current (Icw) is 10kA for 1 second.
The box is compact. You can put it on the wall or recess it inside.
It has many output circuits, usually 8 to 12, plus spare positions.
This gives you flexibility for different job sites.
Many power distribution boxes on China Railway and China Railway Construction sites come from us.

The box body uses 1.5mm high-quality cold-rolled steel. You can also choose 304 stainless steel.
We degrease, pickle, and phosphate it, then apply electrostatic powder coating in RAL 7035 color.
The coating thickness is ≥80μm and passes a 300-hour salt spray test.
The door has an anti-tamper lock and a clear viewing window.
Protection rating is IP43, and for outdoor use you can pick IP54.
The main internal busbar is T2 copper.
We design the current density at 2.5A per square millimeter.
The joints are tin-plated, and contact resistance is ≤8μΩ.
We use well-known molded case breakers like NM1 or DZ20 with a breaking capacity of not less than 35kA.
The neutral and ground bars are copper or tin-plated copper.
The wire ducts are flame-retardant PVC with V2 fire rating.

First, it is flexible and safe.
Cable entry and exit can be top-in top-out, top-in bottom-out, or bottom-in bottom-out.
This fits many wiring layouts.
Each output circuit has a clear label and a circuit diagram sticker on the door.
On-site repairs are quick.
Second, surge protection is standard.
We include a T2 level surge protection device (SPD) with Iimp≥12.5kA and a backup fuse.
This protects against lightning strikes and switching overvoltages.
Third, you can add temperature monitoring.
You can choose a smart temperature monitoring module.
It reads the temperature of the copper bars and terminals in real time.
If it goes over 70℃, it sounds an alarm and lights up.
Inside, we leave space for a smart meter that supports RS485 communication.
