Electrical Distribution Cabinet

An Electrical Distribution Cabinet is a floor-standing unit.
It is used in industrial workshops, construction sites, or temporary power systems as a second or third level distribution unit.
It can carry high current up to 1600A.
It splits power into many molded case or miniature breaker circuits.
These feed welders, cranes, lighting, and other loads.
The design follows IEC 61439-2.
Protection rating is IP44, and for outdoor use you can choose IP55.
The cabinet has separate rooms for components, busbars, and cables.
This makes operation safer and cooling better.

The cabinet body uses 2.0mm cold-rolled steel or hot-dip galvanized steel.
The vertical posts have reinforcement ribs and can hold over 800kg of static weight.
Doors have a double-bent edge, a water-seal strip, and heavy chrome-plated hinges.
Each hinge can hold 100kg and last 50,000 openings.
Surface powder coating thickness is ≥80μm.
For outdoor use, we use weather-resistant powder.
The main busbar is T2 copper, or you can choose high-conductivity aluminum.
The joints have conductive grease.
Cables enter and exit from the bottom.
The bottom has knock-out holes and waterproof cable glands.
Inside, we put a light and a service socket for nighttime work.
All terminals are UL certified copper alloy for strong crimping.

We design a split cabinet. The top and bottom can be separated.
This saves trouble on the job site.
Second, it has a safety interlock.
The door has a double-door interlock.
You must turn off the incoming switch before you can open the component door.
This meets safety rules.
Third, it can link to the fire alarm system.
We can add a fire alarm interface.
When the system gets a fire signal, it automatically cuts non-fire-fighting power.
We can also customize it for you: add a glass viewing window, a temperature control fan, or a heater for dehumidification.
