What Is This Product? – It Is the Key Point for Vertical Power Supply in Tall Buildings
A Floor Distribution Box sits in the electrical shaft of a tall building.
Each floor has one.
It takes power from the vertical busbar or cable and splits it to the offices, corridors, lights, air conditioners, and other end circuits on that floor.
It is the core part that turns vertical power into horizontal power.
This product meets GB/T 7251.3 and JGJ 16-2008.
Rated current is 63A to 400A.
Number of circuits is 8 to 24, depending on the floor area.
The box is narrow, with a depth of ≤160mm, to fit in the tight shaft space.
You can mount it on the wall or recess it.

What Materials and Processes Do We Use? – We Use Thin High-Strength Steel with a Fire Insulation Layer
The box uses 1.2 to 1.5mm galvanized steel with powder coating.
Color can be RAL 7035 or dark gray.
Inside, we add fireproof insulation cotton ≥20mm thick.
The door has a key lock and a transparent PC window for easy meter reading.
The main incoming switch is a disconnector, like GL-125 to 400A, with visible breaking points.
The outgoing circuits use 1P+N or 3P+N miniature circuit breakers with leakage protection.
Leakage action current can be 30mA or 300mA.
All internal wires are BVR stranded copper.
Terminals are TC series combination terminals.
The neutral and ground bars are separate.
The ground bar connects to the box body with a ground resistance of ≤0.1Ω.

What Are the Core Advantages? – It Makes Per-Floor Metering Easy and Supports Prepayment
The core value is easy property management and energy savings.
Each outgoing circuit can have a single-phase or three-phase electronic meter.
They are DIN-rail mounted.
We support prepaid cards or remote recharge systems.
We leave a weak current wiring channel so the meter's RS485 signal can go to the property management center.
Inside, we add control contactors for remote switching.
This allows disconnection for unpaid bills and scheduled control.
We also put a T3 level surge protection device (SPD) with a backup protector to stop lightning surges.
This product has CCC certification, and we provide full electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
