A Main Distribution Cabinet takes the low voltage power from the transformer and sends it to other cabinets.
It sits in the main power room and can work with many transformers or generators.
This product meets the IEC 61439-2 standard.
Its highest current is 6300A.
The short time withstand current (Icw) is 80kA for 1 second.
So it can handle the shock from big machines.
The inside is split into separate rooms for the busbar, the function units, and the cables.
This makes work safer and maintenance easier.

What Materials and Processes Do We Use? – We Use Strong Profiles and a Precision Busbar System


We build the frame with C-type or KB-type profiles.
The steel plate is 2.0mm thick and has double bends for high strength.
The surface first gets a nano-ceramic treatment, then an epoxy powder coating for double protection.
It passes a salt spray test for over 500 hours.
The main busbar is made of high-purity T2 electrolytic copper.
We design the current at 2.5A per square millimeter so the temperature rise stays under 70K.
All copper joints are tin-plated, and the contact resistance is ≤5μΩ.
The vertical busbar uses an "L" shape or a "sandwich" structure to lower inductance.
Protection level is IP40 or you can choose IP54.
We also add a pressure relief channel for internal arc faults, meeting IEC 61641.

It also has zone selective interlocking.

Second, smart monitoring is easy.
You can put up to 8 multi-function power meters inside the cabinet.
They connect through an RS485 port to a computer, so you can measure, read, and control remotely.
Third, you can add an automatic transfer switch (ATS).
We offer an ATS system that switches between main and backup power in ≤100ms.
Your critical loads never stop.
The cabinet size is made to your order.
Cable entry and exit can be top, bottom, or side.
We also leave 20% spare circuit space for future needs.
