A Low-Voltage Main Distribution Cabinet usually sits next to the transformer on the low voltage side.
It takes the 400V or 690V power from the transformer and splits it into many branch circuits.
It also protects the lines against overload, short circuit, and leakage.
This product follows GB/T 7251.12 and IEC 61439-2.
The horizontal busbar max current is 6300A.
The vertical busbar current is 1600A to 4000A.
Short time withstand current (Icw) reaches 100kA for 1 second.

The cabinet frame is made of C-type or nine-fold profiles.
The vertical posts are 2.5mm thick and can hold over 1000kg of static weight.
The doors use 2.0mm cold-rolled steel with polyurethane seals.
Protection rating is IP40 to IP54.
The main busbar uses rectangular or special-shaped copper bars, with many bars in parallel.
For very high current, you can add forced air cooling to lower the temperature rise.
All insulation parts are heat-resistant, with CTI≥600 and V0 flame retardant.
The cable compartment is ≥400mm deep for big cables.
Surface coating uses Swiss Gema spray guns for even thickness.
Salt spray test passes 720 hours without rust.
