Electric Switch Board Box

An Electric Switch Board Box is used to distribute and protect all lighting circuits in a building.
These include emergency lights, normal lights, and landscape lights.
It takes single-phase or three-phase power from a distribution box and splits it into many lighting lines.
Each line has a miniature circuit breaker. You can also add contactors or dimming modules.
This product meets GB/T 7251.3 and lighting design standards.
Rated current is ≤250A.
Number of circuits is 6 to 36.
The box can be recessed or surface-mounted, usually in a hallway, control room, or guard room.

The box uses 1.0 to 1.5mm galvanized steel with electrostatic coating. Color is optional.
Inside, we put a fireproof partition to stop arc spread.
The internal mounting rail can hold modular devices flexibly.
We use flame-retardant copper wires (ZR-BV) with clear colors: L1 yellow, L2 green, L3 red, N blue, PE green-yellow.
The neutral and ground bars have number of circuits + 20% spare terminals.
The door has a circuit diagram sticker and a clear window to see indicator lights.
We can add a T3 level surge protection device (SPD).
Protection rating is IP30 to IP40.

The advantage is intelligence and energy saving.
We can integrate an astronomical time switch and a light sensor interface.
This gives "light on when people come, light off when people leave" or automatic on/off by time.
You can also connect to a building automation system (BAS) via 0-10V or DALI dimming modules for stepless dimming.
Inside, we leave an EPS switching interface for emergency power.
During a fire, it forces lights on.
This product has CCC certification.
