Metering Distribution Box

A Metering Distribution Box puts a kWh meter and distribution devices together in one enclosure.
This gives one meter per household or centralized metering for multiple units.
Rated current is ≤100A.
Number of meter positions is 1 to 12.
This product meets GB/T 7251.3 and utility metering codes.
The box has separate compartments for meters and switches, isolated and sealed against tampering.
It is widely used in residential buildings, shopping streets, and self-built houses.

The back box uses 1.2mm galvanized steel or coated cold-rolled steel.
The meter compartment door uses transparent flame-retardant PC so you can read the meter easily. It has special lead-seal screws.
The switch compartment door is metal or opaque plastic.
Inside, we mount meters and MCBs on DIN rails.
The incoming side has a copper busbar or terminal block.
The neutral and ground bars are separate.
The box has knock-out holes with sealing rings.
Protection rating is IP30.

The core selling point is metering and distribution in one box.
We can install prepaid meters that work with IC cards or remote recharge.
When the user owes money, the box automatically trips.
Between meter positions, we put isolation dividers to prevent tampering.
We can also add a concentrator and RS485 communication for remote meter reading and load monitoring.
Box size can be customized for the number of meters.
This product has passed metering inspection.
