Emergency Power Distribution Box

An Emergency Power Distribution Box automatically switches to emergency power (EPS, UPS, or diesel generator) when normal power fails.
This keeps important loads running.
Rated current is ≤400A.
Switching time is ≤0.2s (fast type) or ≤2s (normal type).
This product meets GB/T 7251.3 and GB 17945.
The box is usually gray or red with clear markings.
Inside, we put an ATS or a contactor-based transfer switch.
It is widely used in hospital operating rooms, data centers, fire control rooms, and subway stations.

The box uses 1.2mm galvanized steel with powder coating. Protection rating is IP40.
The internal mounting plate is insulation board.
The ATS is PC class with electrical interlock to prevent backfeed.
Emergency circuits use fire-resistant wires.
Inside, we put an emergency power indicator: green for emergency power, red for fault.
We can add a manual/automatic selector switch.
Cable entries use fireproof seals.

We can install a static transfer switch (STS) with switching time ≤8ms for sensitive equipment.

This product has CCC certification and fire test approval.
