For simple, reliable circuit protection with high breaking capacity, the Fuse Board remains an industrial essential. Our boards are designed for secondary distribution where the robustness of a fuse is preferred over circuit breakers for certain high-load or historical site requirements. Having provided material supply to China Railway and other major contractors for over 7 years, Nanxian Electrical has refined the Fuse Board to be both compact and extremely safe. This Fuse Board serves as a terminal or secondary distribution point, utilizing high-quality tinned T2 copper busbars and flame-retardant internal components to ensure that fault currents are interrupted cleanly without damaging the broader system.

We manufacture every Fuse Board with the same precision as our master switchgear. The enclosure is 1.5mm cold-rolled steel, treated with a phosphate wash and an 80μm RAL 7035 powder coating for superior corrosion resistance. Inside, the busbar system is designed for currents up to 630A, with tinned contact surfaces providing a resistance of ≤8μΩ. We use V2-grade flame retardant PVC for all internal wire troughs and high-CTI insulation materials to prevent tracking. Each Fuse Board is CCC certified and comes with a lockable door and internal circuit diagrams, making it a reliable, high-quality choice for contractors who demand proven protection and straightforward site maintenance.
