For high-current transfer within multi-cubicle distribution systems, the Busbar Chamber is the vital component that ensures efficient energy flow and heat management. At Nanxian Electrical, our chambers are designed to house massive T2 purple copper busbars, providing the heavy-duty link between incomers and outgoing feeders. Having worked with China Railway and CRCC for over 7 years, we have mastered the art of managing the thermal and mechanical stresses inherent in high-amperage systems. Our Busbar Chamber is built into a reinforced C-profile frame that can withstand the magnetic forces of a short-circuit event (up to 100kA/1s), ensuring that your primary distribution remains intact even under extreme conditions.
Every Busbar Chamber we manufacture is a product of CNC-processed precision. We use rectangular or shaped copper bars, often in parallel configurations (up to 6 per phase), with tinned contact surfaces to ensure a resistance of ≤8μΩ. The internal insulation uses high-CTI materials (≥600) with a V0 flame retardancy rating, preventing tracking and fires. To maintain high supply continuity, we offer optional smart temperature monitoring that alerts maintenance staff if the busbar joints exceed safe operating limits. Finished with a uniform Swiss Gema powder coating, our Busbar Chamber is built to last, providing a reliable, high-capacity power path that has been validated by years of field performance in some of China's most demanding infrastructure projects.
