What Is This Product? – It Is a Switch Box for Battery Banks, UPS, and DC Systems
A Battery Switch Box is used at the output of DC or AC battery banks.
It works as the on/off and protection device between the battery and the inverter or load.
You often find it in UPS rooms, solar storage systems, telecom base stations, and emergency power systems.
Rated voltage is DC 12V to 1000V or AC 400V.
Rated current is 32A to 630A.
Inside, we put a special DC disconnector or DC molded case breaker.
It gives overload and short circuit protection with a clear open indication.
This product meets GB/T 14048.3 and IEC 60947-3.

What Materials and Processes Do We Use? – We Use Flame-Retardant Insulation or Metal Boxes


The box body can be flame-retardant ABS (V0 grade) or 1.2mm galvanized steel with powder coating.
The door has a viewing window and a lock.
Inside, we use high-grade insulation board to separate live parts from the box.
The DC switch has double breaks or magnetic blow-out arc extinguishing technology.
The arc chamber uses arc-resistant ceramics or DMC material.
Copper bars and terminals are silver-plated to lower contact resistance.
Cable entry uses copper terminals or quick-plug connectors.
The box has a dust filter and vent. For high current, we can add a cooling fan.
You can also add a digital voltmeter and ammeter to watch battery status.
