Low-Voltage Lighting Distribution Box

A Low-Voltage Lighting Distribution Box is used for AC 220V/380V lighting line distribution and protection.
It works in factory workshops, office buildings, schools, and hospitals.
Rated current is ≤250A.
Number of circuits is 6 to 24.
Each circuit has a miniature circuit breaker (MCB) or a residual current breaker (RCBO).
You can also add contactors for centralized control.
This product meets GB/T 7251.3 and IEC 61439-3.
The box can be surface-mounted or recessed. It looks nice and is easy to use.

The back box uses 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized steel with strong welding and rust protection.
The front cover is flame-retardant PC material, UL94 V0 grade, UV-resistant. Color is ivory or light gray.
The door has a clear window to see indicator lights.
The internal rail is TH35 standard for modular devices.
The incoming side has a copper busbar or high-current terminal block.
The neutral and ground bars are separate. The ground bar connects to the box ground terminal.
Around the box, we have knock-out holes in Φ20 to Φ32mm sizes with sealing rings.

We can add an astronomical time switch and a light sensor interface.
This gives automatic on/off: lights off during the day, on at night.
You can also choose DALI or 0-10V dimming modules for stepless dimming.

Inside, we leave an EPS switching interface for emergency lighting.
During a fire, the system forces lights on.
The door can have silk-printed circuit labels and a wiring diagram.
