Low-Voltage Distribution Cabinet

A Low-Voltage Distribution Cabinet is the distribution center of a low voltage grid.
It sends power from the transformer to distribution boxes or large loads.
This product follows IEC 61439-1/2.
Rated working voltage is 400V/690V.
Rated current is 100A to 6300A.
Short time withstand current can reach 100kA/1s.
The cabinet has a modular structure. You can have fixed units or drawer units.

The frame uses C-type or KB-type profiles with thickness 2.0mm or more, double-bent, riveted or bolted for high strength.
The compartment panels are aluzinc steel, very corrosion-resistant.
The main busbar is T2 electrolytic copper processed on an automatic busbar machine for punching, bending, and tinning.
The joint surface flatness is ≤0.05mm.
Insulation parts inside are DMC or SMC (fiberglass reinforced polyester) with arc resistance and V0 flame retardant.
Surface electrostatic coating is RAL 7035 with thickness ≥80μm and passes a 500-hour salt spray test without rust.
