Our Load Center is designed to take high-capacity power and safely partition it into manageable circuits for workshops, floors, or specific machinery. Having evolved from Hefei Zhide Mechanical to Anhui Nanxian Electrical, we have 7 years of deep experience in providing specialized material supply for top-tier contractors. This Load Center is engineered for a rated current of 100A to 630A, emphasizing space efficiency and operational safety. Quality at our factory starts with the raw materials. The enclosure of our Load Center is fabricated from 1.5mm high-grade cold-rolled steel, though 304 stainless steel is available for corrosive or outdoor environments. We employ a rigorous pickling and phosphating process before electrostatic powder coating (RAL 7035) to ensure a thickness of ≥80μm. Internally, we prioritize T2 purple copper for busbars, designed at a current density of 2.5A/mm² with tinned contact surfaces to keep resistance below 8μΩ. By using brand-name molded case circuit breakers (MCCBs) with breaking capacities of at least 35kA, we guarantee that each Load Center provides superior protection against overloads and short circuits. Our integration of T2-level surge protection devices (SPD) as standard ensures your end-line equipment is shielded from lightning strikes and operational surges.
