When managing the electrical pulse of a massive infrastructure project like those led by China Railway or CRCC, the heart of the system must be a high-performance Main Switchboard. At Nanxian Electrical, we have spent over 7 years perfecting the design of our low-voltage main control points. This Main Switchboard is typically situated on the low-voltage side of the transformer, serving as the master nerve center that redistributes 400V/690V power to multiple branch circuits. Engineered according to GB/T 7251.12 and IEC 61439-2 standards, our boards handle horizontal busbar currents up to 6300A with a short-time withstand current (Icw) of 100kA/1s. As a source factory with a 2,000sqm facility, we don't just assemble; we engineer reliability into every drawer and frame.

Our Main Switchboard features a reinforced frame built from C-profile or 9-fold section steel, with vertical columns 2.5mm thick capable of supporting static loads exceeding 1000kg. We understand that in harsh industrial environments, protection is paramount. That is why our door panels use 2.0mm cold-rolled steel fitted with polyurethane sealing strips, achieving IP40 to IP54 protection ratings. For high-current applications, we utilize parallel rectangular copper bars (up to six 100×10mm bars per phase) and offer forced air cooling to manage temperature rise. Our Swiss Gema spray guns ensure a uniform coating that passes a 720-hour salt spray test, ensuring your master distribution point remains corrosion-free for decades.
