A High-Voltage Outgoing Cabinet connects to the busbar of a high voltage incoming cabinet.
It sends power to transformers, high voltage motors, or other high voltage loads.
Rated voltage is 12kV to 40.5kV.
Rated current is 630A to 1250A.
Breaking capacity matches the incoming cabinet.
The cabinet structure and materials are the same as the incoming cabinet: metal-clad.
This product meets IEC 62271-200.

What Materials and Processes Do We Use? – We Use a Vacuum Breaker or a Load Break-Fuse Combination


The cabinet uses aluzinc steel with separate compartments.
For transformer protection, we normally use a vacuum breaker and a protection relay.
For smaller loads like small transformers or high voltage motors, we can use a load break switch-fuse combination.
The fuse has a fast-acting characteristic, clearing faults in ≤10ms.
Current transformers are configured to the required ratio and accuracy, with protection class 5P10.
The grounding switch and the breaker have a mechanical interlock to prevent wrong operation.
The door has a viewing window to see the breaker's open/closed position.

What Are the Core Advantages? – Flexible Protection Coordination and Ground Fault Location
The advantage is selective protection and fast fault isolation.
The microcomputer relay supports definite time, inverse time, and directional overcurrent.
It coordinates with the incoming cabinet's protection to trip only the faulty section.
Other circuits keep working.
We can add a zero-sequence current transformer and a small current ground fault selection function.
This quickly finds single-phase ground faults.
Inside, we leave space for a cable fault indicator.
This product has passed type tests and internal arc tests.
