What Is This Product? – It Is the Entrance Device for a High Voltage System
A High-Voltage Incoming Cabinet is the core unit of a high voltage switchgear (12kV to 40.5kV).
It sits on the high voltage side of a substation. It receives power from the grid and sends it to other outgoing cabinets.
This product meets IEC 62271-200 and GB 3906.
Rated current is 630A to 3150A.
Power frequency withstand voltage is 42kV/1min (for 12kV class).
Lightning impulse withstand voltage is 75kV.
The cabinet has a metal-clad, fully enclosed structure with separate compartments.
It is widely used in industrial plants, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects.

What Materials and Processes Do We Use? – We Use Aluzinc Steel with a Vacuum Breaker and Fully Insulated Busbars


The cabinet uses 2.0mm aluzinc steel with double bending and riveting for high strength.
The breaker room, busbar room, cable room, and instrument room are fully separated.
The main switch is a solid-sealed pole vacuum breaker like VS1 or VD4.
Mechanical life is 30,000 operations. Electrical life is 10,000 operations.
Breaking capacity is 31.5kA to 40kA.
Current transformers are epoxy cast, fully enclosed, with accuracy 0.2S.
Busbars are covered with fully insulated heat-shrink tubing to meet pollution class requirements.
Doors have mechanical and electromagnetic interlocks, strictly following "five-prevention."

What Are the Core Advantages? – Microcomputer Protection and Smart Communication
The core features are smart protection and high safety.
We install a microcomputer protection relay with three-stage overcurrent, instantaneous overcurrent, zero-sequence overcurrent, and overload functions.
Protection setting error is ≤3%.
It supports IEC 61850 or Modbus communication for remote monitoring and fault recording.
Inside, we put a smart temperature and humidity controller with a heater to prevent condensation.
The front panel has a mimic bus diagram and status lights.
This product has passed state grid type tests and internal arc tests (IAC class).
