As a crucial component of the power system, the technical requirements of distribution boxes directly impact electrical safety and system reliability. According to national standard GB7251 and related specifications, the technical standards for distribution boxes are mainly divided into four core parts: general standards, box body, components, and assembly line.
General technical requirements include: all production technical indicators must meet specifications and design requirements, and production must strictly adhere to product execution standards. Components and technical parameters must meet the GB7251 national standard. After sample production, mass production can only commence after joint acceptance by the construction unit, supervision unit, and construction unit.
Box body structural requirements: the box body material must meet national standards, generally using cold-rolled steel plate; floor-standing boxes must be equipped with a retractable top cover; ordinary distribution boxes should not have knockout holes; the box body should have a double-door structure.
