During transport, the structural integrity of the distribution box and the condition of its internal components must be strictly safeguarded to prevent deformation of the enclosure or loosening of electrical parts caused by vibration, impact, or tilting. Prior to shipment, the unit must be securely anchored; typically, this involves providing bottom support using wooden pallets or specialized mounting brackets, followed by multi-point reinforcement using strapping or stretch wrap to prevent shifting during transit. For distribution boxes equipped with precision components-such as meters or circuit breakers-additional internal shock-absorbing padding or locking mechanisms should be installed to prevent contact disengagement or loose wiring caused by road bumps during transport. Furthermore, the cabinet door must be securely closed and locked; if necessary, temporary protective panels should be installed to prevent the ingress of foreign objects or accidental opening.

Regarding the transport environment, exposure to rain, excessive humidity, and heavy dust must be avoided. Transport vehicles must be equipped with appropriate rain and dust protection measures; particularly during long-distance or cross-regional transit, the distribution box should be provided with full, enclosed protection. During loading and unloading operations, specialized hoisting equipment must be utilized; under no circumstances should the unit be thrown, dropped, or rolled, as this risks inflicting latent damage to the cabinet structure. During transit, the vehicle should be driven as smoothly as possible-avoiding abrupt maneuvers such as sudden braking or sharp turns-to minimize mechanical stress on the internal components. Upon arrival at the site, a thorough acceptance inspection must be conducted in accordance with established standards; installation and commissioning should commence only after confirming that the cabinet exterior remains free of deformation and that all internal components remain securely fastened.
